TRY to creating the new menu !

I was trying to create the new appetizer from adapting one of the asian recipes to the modern snack, for my future teaching workshop.

The main concept uses , ground chicken with spicy favor and creative look..so I came up with this dish.

called {from now} " Spicy Chicken Panko"

ingredients: red curry, peppers, crushed walnut and japanese bread crumbs.

Asia Fun Memory

I love traveling and every years, on the way back to hometown, I gotta plan a trip to Asia country { if I could had enough time}

Last year, it was my amazing long vacation time with my parent and friends, I had a chance to visit my school long-term in Japan, Tokyo, and

all months in Asia, I had such a good &sad GREAT MEMORIES to recall them as "my history"

I love photograhy so much, my friends like to tell me that I have a good eye to take the nice angle or photo, without being Pro study :P

Getting older, I seems to like taking more photos of different places, culture, and Foods  haha^^

Dinner for 2 !

I tried to marinate {firm} tofu today and to mix with my stir-fry Pork chop..normally my hun likes the tofu only season and cooked, but this sauce recipe was successful delicious too

 {wine rice vinegar-soy-sesame oil-red pepper seed} marinated tofu

Digital illustration Recreated !

I recreated & adjusted some of my digital artworks for long hours today, for my reopening etsy shop.
